Emergency service pricing

From the current FCR emergency request page - rates may vary based on time of request, type of request, and materials needed for temporary repairs.

Standard service calls: $550.00 first hour plus $220.00 per additional hour plus materials (2-man crew).
After business hours or weekends: $650.00 first hour plus $220.00 per additional hour plus materials (2-man crew).

Follow-up inspection and proposal for permanent repairs is available on request. Property managers receive a report including photos and an invoice within two business days of work completion. Due to the nature of emergency repairs, they are considered temporary.
